Intermittent Issues with online forms

The Policies Map illustrates geographically the application of the policies in the Development Plan for Stratford-on-Avon District. At the present time this comprises the Core Strategy and those Neighbourhood Plans that have been ‘made' (i.e. adopted). These contain their own Policies/Proposals Maps or specific maps relating to a particular topic which should be referred to alongside the District Council's Policies Map. Links to ‘made' Neighbourhood Plans are available from our Neighbourhood Planning page.

*Maps marked with an asterisk relate to areas also covered by a 'made' Neighbourhood Plan.

HS2 Safeguarding Zone

Please note that the Secretary of State for Transport issued revised safeguarding directions on 16 August 2016. These are not reflected on the policies maps but can be viewed using the following link:
