About the Inquiry

A public Inquiry is being held into the decision of Stratford-on-Avon District Council to refuse planning permission 23/00969/OUT for:

Outline planning application for the erection of up to 130 dwellings (including affordable housing), with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for means of access

Inquiry Dates and Venue

The Inquiry opens at 10am on the 8th July 2025 at The Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX. The Inquiry will sit from Tuesday 8th- Friday 11th July, and Tuesday 15th- Friday 18th July 2025.

  • Thursday 17th July – The Crowne Plaza, Bridgefoot, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6YR
  • Friday 18th July – The Council Offices, Elizabeth House Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX

You may attend the Public Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, give your views either in person or through a representative. If you wish to speak at the Inquiry, you should make yourself known to the inspector on the day of the Inquiry.
