Monitoring Information and Reports

Business DevelopmentAuthority Monitoring Reports

Since 2012, monitoring of our Development Plan has been reported through the Authority Monitoring Report (AMR). This includes updates on the progress on the various development plan documents (DPDs) set out in the Local Development Scheme.

Between 2005 and 2011, the District Council reported on these matters through a document known as the Annual Monitoring Report.

Open space, sport and recreation

Stratford-on-Avon District Council commissioned ARUP to prepare a report on open space, sport and recreation provision in the district. This was completed in April 2011.

ARUP produced an addendum report in 2012 to assess the quantity, accessibility and quality of open space and sport and recreation facilities in additional settlements identified as local service villages (LSVs) in the Draft Core Strategy.

A further update was completed in 2014 to reflect changes to the quantity of open space, sports and recreation provision in the district and to identify future needs for provision up to 2031 in accordance with the Core Strategy.
