What is the housing trajectory?

We monitor the supply and delivery of housing across Stratford-on-Avon to ensure that the District's housing needs are met. The housing trajectory details the number of houses delivered since the Core Strategy's start year of 2011 and projects what we believe will be the supply in coming years.

The Housing sites schedule lists when we expect homes to be completed and records homes that have already been built. It covers the period 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2031. The schedule forms the background information for the Council's five year supply calculation.

Housing Implementation Strategy

The Housing Implementation Strategy (HIS) sets out our approach to managing the delivery of new housing in Stratford-on-Avon District up to 2031. The HIS provides further detail and analysis on the expected delivery of sites for housing development, including the housing trajectory. Authority Monitoring Report
