Ettington and Fulready Neighbourhood Plan

Independent examination

The Ettington and Fulready Neighbourhood Plan has now been submitted to an independent examiner. In January 2018, the examiner provided an initial letter setting out how the examination process will be conducted. In February 2018, the examiner asked for a number of initial clarifications relating to the submitted documents. The consultant working on behalf of the Qualifying Body submitted the below documents, endorsed by the Steering Group and Parish Council.

Stratford District Council has sent a further email to clarify some points raised in the above submissions. We have also clarified the status of the proposed settlement boundaries proposed in the Neighbourhood Plan and in the Site Allocations Plan.

Formal Submission consultation

Ettington and Fulready Parish Council has formally submitted its Plan to Stratford-on-Avon District Council. The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the town and planning policies to be used to help make decisions on planning applications falling within the neighbourhood area boundary.

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), we held a consultation on the policies proposed in the Plan. The normal consultation period runs for six weeks, but we decided to extend this to eight weeks due to the Christmas break.

The consultation opened on 4 December 2017 and closed on 29 January 2018.
