Clifford Chambers & Milcote Neighbourhood Plan

Formal Submission Consultation

16 January 2020 until 5pm Friday 28 February 2020.

Clifford Chambers and Milcote Parish Council as the qualifying body have prepared a neighbourhood development plan for the Parish with the help of the local community. The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the Parish and proposes planning policies to be used to help determine planning applications locally. The Parish Council has formally submitted its Plan to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for consultation.

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Stratford District Council will hold a consultation on the Submission version of the Plan between 16 January 2020 and Friday 28 February 2020.

Pre-Submission draft consultation

The Pre-Submission Draft of the Clifford Chambers & Milcote Neighbourhood Plan was published for a six week period of consultation between 22 November 2018 and 17 January 2019 in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).

Neighbourhood Area designation

The Clifford Chambers & Milcote Neighbourhood Plan Area was designated on 9 September 2014. Clifford Chambers & Milcote Parish Council was the relevant body that applied to the District Council for designation. The area application documents can be found below:
