Following completion of the independent examination of the Tysoe Neighbourhood Development Plan, the examiner issued his report to the District Council in February 2020. Following the publication of the Examiner's report, in accordance with Regulation 18 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Local Planning Authority must now decide what action to take in response to the recommended modifications made by the Examiner and publish a decision statement outlining the reasons for the decision in each instance.
The independent examiner for the Tysoe Neighbourhood Plan has requested clarification from Tysoe Parish Council and Stratford-on-Avon District Council on several matters:
Following completion of the Regulation 16 (Formal Submission) consultation in June this year, the Tysoe Neighbourhood Plan has now been sent for examination by an independent examiner. The Examiner's correspondence confirming how he intends to conduct the Examination can be seen below:

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Stratford-on-Avon District Council held a consultation on the policies proposed in the Submission version of the Plan. The consultation ran from Thursday 16th May 2019 until 5.00pm on Friday 28th June 2019.

The Pre-Submission Draft of the Tysoe Neighbourhood Plan was published for a six week period of consultation between 9 July 2018 and 16 September 2018 in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
The Tysoe Neighbourhood Plan Area was designated on 10 February 2014. Tysoe Parish Council was the relevant body that applied to the district council for designation. The area application documents can be found below:
