The Examiner has now completed the re-examination of the Tysoe Reg.17A version Neighbourhood Plan. The report and associated map at Appendix A indicating a proposed modified settlement gap are set out below. The District Council will now consider the Examiner's recommendations in accordance with the Neighbourhood Plan Regulations and decide how to proceed on each of the proposed modifications set out in the report. Further updates will be added to this page when appropriate.
The District Council has appointed the original Independent Examiner of the Tysoe NDP to re-examine the Plan following completion of the Regulation 17A consultation. The examination took place between February and April 2021, with the Examiner's report issued on 4 May 2021.
Below are the representations received on the proposed amendments to the Independent Examiner's recommended modifications, publicised through the six week Reg.17A consultation.
District Council officers are now considering the content of these representations and next steps in the NDP process.
Following receipt of the report of the Independent Examiner of the Tysoe Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), the Local Planning Authority has now decided what action to take in response to each of the recommended modifications set out in the report.
In a small number of instances, the Local Planning Authority's decision differs from those recommended by the Examiner. Therefore, in accordance with Regulation 17A of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) and Development Management Procedure (Amendment) Regulations 2016, the Local Planning Authority must now publicise the proposed amendments to the recommended modifications for a minimum 6 week period, inviting the submission of representations from organisations and individuals on the changes.
Representations on the recommendations as set out in the schedule may be made to the Council by no later than 5pm on Friday 4th December 2020. The proposed changes are summarised in the documents below:

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Stratford-on-Avon District Council held a consultation on the policies proposed in the Submission version of the Plan. The consultation ran from Thursday 16th May 2019 until 5.00pm on Friday 28th June 2019.

The Pre-Submission Draft of the Tysoe Neighbourhood Plan was published for a six week period of consultation between 9 July 2018 and 16 September 2018 in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
