We process personal data submitted as part of applications for road closures in order to process those applications. This information consists of names, signatures, contact details and details of membership of associations. We share personal data with Warwickshire County Council and Warwickshire Police for the purpose of consulting them on proposed road closures. We do this in the performance of the tasks which we carry out in the public interest and in the exercise of our official authority.
