What is the SHLAA?
A Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) identifies possible housing sites and assesses the availability, suitability and viability of those sites. We are currently producing an updated SHLAA, based on a standardised methodology agreed by all the Warwickshire local authorities. This evidence will inform our Site Allocations Plan, which will identify Reserve Sites to be released selectively if one or more of the circumstances identified in Part D of Policy CS.16 of our Core Strategy apply.
This page lists previous versions of the SHLAA which have now been superseded. View the current SHLAA.
