We obtain this personal data from the individuals concerned directly.
What do we do with this personal data?
We use this personal data to vet prospective occupiers of Venture House and to manage hot-desking, key card access, serviced offices, meeting room booking and related services. It is necessary for us to process personal data in this way to perform the service contracts which we enter with the individuals concerned.
We use this data to publish and circulate our Venture House newsletter to subscribers, which we do on the basis of consent.
How do we share this personal data?
We use MailChimp to manage our newsletter; and we may share photographs taken at Venture House events via our social media platforms.
Use of these platforms may require us to transmit personal data outside of the European Economic Area. Where this is done, it will be done subject to an adequacy decision or sufficient safeguards being in place.
In particular, MailChimp's servers are located in the United States and transfers are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield.
