Local Government Transparency Code

The Local Government Transparency Code requires local authorities to publish specified information on either a quarterly or annual basis.

Information to be published quarterly:

• Expenditure exceeding £500 (see Supplier Payments)
• Government Procurement Card transactions (see Supplier Payments)
• Procurement information (see Procurement)

Information to be published annually:

• Local authority land (see Council Land and Buildings Assets)
• Social housing assets (not applicable)
• Grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations (see Current Grants and Funding)
• Organisation chart (see Pay Policy Statement)
• Trade union facility time (see Trade Union Facility Time)
• Senior salaries (see Pay Policy Statement)
• Constitution (see Constitution)
• Pay multiple (see Pay Policy Statement)
• Fraud (see Counter-Fraud Statement)
