The Chair of Stratford-on-Avon District Council is elected in May of each year at the Annual Meeting of the Council.
It is the Chair's responsibility as Civic Head is to represent the District Council at a large range of public, Civic and business events and also to act as Chair at each full meeting of the Council.
The current Chair is Councillor Kate Rolfe and the current Vice-Chair is Councillor Mike Rice.
This time, Cllr Kate Rolfe (Stratford Tiddington) will be supporting a CIC, a community interest company during her term of office and has chosen Stratford's Eco Workshop CIC, who provide purposeful work activities for adults with learning disability and autism.
