Stratford Phoenix Aikido

Who can attend?: Seniors (Over 18s)

Martial Art of Aikido classes on Mondays and Wednesdays 19:30 - 21:30. SPA was formed in 2002 and instruction is given by Ric Costigan Sensei 5th Dan YAUK and senior assistant instructors. We offer tuition in traditional aikido under a structured syllabus with regular gradings. Aikido is non-aggressive and open to all who wish to experience the flowing nature if its techniques, developing confidence as you proceed. We are a small but dedicated group who enjoy each other's company both on and off the mat. Please call or drop in to see us in the main hall.
