STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES  

THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 20/01218/VLBC Variation of condition 2 of listed building consent 19/02425/LBC for internal alterations at The Woodlands, The Rookery, Alveston, CV37 7QR  for Mr Peter Deaner  
  • 20/00997/LBC The proposed works comprise of constructing a stone faced retaining wall to secure the higher school playground (within the school boundary) to widen the hazardous pedestrian footpath. The stone faced retaining wall will return up the driveway as indicated on plan. There will be a 1.4m high bow top steel fence installed to above to safeguard the school playground as well as a beech hedgerow which will also be planted along this boundary. The side boundary of the school adjacent to the driveway will have the existing dilapidated fence removed and a new 2000mm close board timber fence installed in concrete posts.   • 20/01489/TPO T1 - poplar- Partially failed. Remove tree and stump. Replant with native species at King Edward VI School Sports Field and Pavilion, Manor Road, Stratford-upon-Avon for Mr Paul Bindley
