We are sorry to say, but due to the extreme weather and high levels of staff sickness a number of household waste collections have not been completed over the last few days.

If your bin has not been collected, please leave it out and crews will return to collect it asap.

You do not need to report it as a missed bin.

Some bins may still be collected today and tomorrow (Saturday 13 August and Sunday 14 August) but the health and safety of the crews takes priority at this time.

We know not everyone has access to the internet or uses our new app, so if you can, please check in with your neighbours and update them with this information.

Outstanding areas are as follows:

Green waste:

  • Lighthorne
  • Napton on the Hill
  • Southam
  • Stockton

Recycling:

  • Admington
  • Alderminster
  • Bishops Itchington
  • Blackwell
  • Burmington
  • Deppers Bridge
  • Honington
  • Napton on the Hill
  • Southam
  • Stockton
  • Tredington
  • Willington

Food waste:

  • Long Itchington
  • Southam

Residents are encouraged to download the new app for the 123+ waste collection service to get the most up-to-date information on collections, bin collection reminders, find out what you can put in which bin or report a missed collection all in one place.

Download it from www.stratford.gov.uk/app or by searching the App Store or Google Play.
