Licensing Enquiries: Gambling

Please use this form to contact the Licensing Team with questions, provide information, or make a complaint relating to gambling activities.

The local authority is responsible for:

  • Issuing Premises Licences for casinos, bingo halls, betting shops, adult gaming centres and tracks (horse/dog racing)
  • Gaming machines in clubs and alcohol-licensed premises (e.g. pubs)
  • Granting permits: Family entertainment centres and prize gaming permits
  • Registering of small society lotteries.

Please contact the Gambling Commission in respect of:

  • Operators Licences for gambling premises
  • Remote Gambling (online / phone)
