Licensing Enquiries: Animal Welfare

Stratford on Avon District Council regulate activities such as dog breeding, animal boarding, horse riding establishments, pet sales, the exhibition of animals, zoo's and the licensing of dangerous wild animals.

If you have concerns, a query or wish to make a complaint in respect of a business that is conducting an activity regulated by Stratford on Avon District Council please use this form to report it. You can also use this form to contact the Licensing Team with any queries relating to your own licence.

When using this form, please be prepared to provide your name, address and contact details, together with details of the premises or business you are enquiring or making a complaint about.

Enquires into the licensing department may not be responded to immediately but you should expect a response within 5 working days.
