Your personal data may be shared with internal council departments who require access to your information for the purposes of administration, regulation and law enforcement, Warwickshire Police, or other relevant enforcement agencies depending on the nature of the complaint.

Your data will be kept for a period of six years from the date after which the complaint has been resolved or the question answered.
