Everyone Active have 25 employees in the area who are trained Dementia Friends, and they are dedicated in creating an inclusive environment so everyone can feel comfortable getting active with them.
There is no need to book and people can drop in at any time but anyone interested in attending one of the information sessions should take note of the session times.
Anyone interested in becoming a dementia friend can also attend a session at 11.30am.
