Please note: no additional general waste (refuse) placed by or on your grey refuse bin will be collected.

The District Council offices are closed between 25 December and 1 January, but the online 'report it' forms will still be available and actioned on missed bins and street cleansing issues.

In the event of adverse weather affecting collections, please check the District Council's website at stratford.gov.uk/news/local-services-disrupted-by-severe-weather.cfm, Twitter on @StratfordDC or the District Council's Facebook page for all the latest updates.

The revised collection information is available in the Council Tax booklet distributed in March this year, the Stratford View magazine distributed in November and on the District Council's website.
