To help us keep our records up to date and make sure you receive the right services, please let us know when you are moving into, out of, or within the district.

Below you'll find guidance on which form(s) you need to complete, along with links to other useful council services you may need during your move.

Moving into the district (from outside the district)

If you are moving into the district from another area, please complete:

Moving Home - Occupying Form

This lets us know you are taking up residence at a property within the district.

Moving out of the district

If you are leaving the district to move to another area, please complete:

Moving Home – Vacating form

This tells us that you are no longer responsible for a property within the district.

Moving within the district

If you are moving from one address to another within the district, you will need to complete both forms:

1. – for the address you are leaving

   Moving Home – Vacating form

2. – for the address you are moving into

   Moving Home – Occupying form

Completing both forms ensures your council services and accounts are updated correctly.

• Council payments – make or manage payments online

• Set up or amend a Direct Debit – quick and secure payment option

• Planning applications (ePlanning) – view or comment on planning applications
