Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018

The council is committed to improving its services for its customers. We want residents to help shape what we do and how we do it.

This questionnaire aims to find out what is important to you about the different services the council provides, and how satisfied you are with the council's performance. This is an opportunity to give us your opinion on issues such as parks, planning, leisure provision and refuse collection. The survey first took place in 2002 and is repeated every two years.

Results of this survey will be made available on our website in late January.
