You can pay a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) in the following ways:
To use the online payment system you will need your PCN number, vehicle registration number and a valid credit or debit card. (Please note: the PCN will not be available to view/pay until the next working day after it has been issued.)
You can pay using credit or debit card on the council's automated payment line 01789 260979. (Please note: we are unable to accept Electron cards using this method.)
Send a cheque or postal order to: Parking Services, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX. Please ensure your cheque is made payable to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and please write your Penalty Charge Notice number and address clearly on the back.
You can pay in person at the Council Offices (Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX). You can pay by credit or debit card or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Stratford-on-Avon District Council with the PCN number and your address written clearly on the back.
