In accordance with Regulation 62A of the CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended), a local council must report CIL income and expenditure on any financial year in which it receives CIL receipts. This Report must be published on the local council's website (or on the District Council's website if it does not have a website) and a copy must be provided to the District Council no later than 31st July 2026.
CIL funds should be spent within 5 years of receipt, or they may have to be returned to the District Council. If you think there may be problem spending the funds within this timeframe please contact planning.policy@stratford-dc.gov.uk
