If your bin has been crushed or damaged by the bin collection service:

If your bin has been crushed or damaged by the bin collection service, a replacement bin will be ordered automatically, and delivery can take up to 10 working days.

If you haven't received your replacement bin after 10 days, please contact our customer services team on 01789 260757.

I confirm that I am not in receipt of housing or council tax benefits

I confirm that the bin was not crushed or damaged by the bin collection service
