We are offering you the opportunity to get free help and support with your money, training, finding a job, getting online and general wellbeing.
If you select yes to any of the questions in this form, we will refer your details and information that you provide to us to the appropriate District Council department or partner organisation. You will be contacted and offered help directly by The Council or one of our partner organisations. We use a secure portal to share your data with our partners. Any information that you provide to the nominated organisation will be handled in accordance with that partner's privacy policy. We rely on your consent to refer you to these organisations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@stratford-dc.gov.uk . Should you withdraw consent, The Council will make contact with relevant departments and partner organisations on your behalf, instructing them to remove your personal details. This can take up to one month to process and you may receive correspondence relating to the referral form during this time

supports people who are affected by drug or alcohol addiction
supports carers in every way so that they can deliver a caring role while maintaining their own wellbeing
provides emergency food to people in financial crisis
a private company that provides water supply in the Midlands. Can help with water saving information and have financial assistance schemes for people struggling to pay water bills
provides support to women, men and children experiencing domestic violence, abuse or controlling behaviour
