Stratford-on-Avon District Council will use the information that you provide for the administration of its compliments and complaints system (including sharing information with officers and councillors). We may share your information with other parties to whom your comments relate, and with Ombudsmen services if you complain to them. We do this in the performance of the tasks that we carry out in the public interest and in the exercise of our official authority.

In addition to our own complaints procedure, you also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.
