TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017  

Notice is hereby given that the following planning application (20/02839/FUL) has been refused dated 13th August 2021. The application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement:

  • 20/02839/FUL: Construction of a solar farm (82.5ha) together with all associated works, equipment and necessary infrastructure. The planning application was EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted at land near to Bishops Itchington, Warwickshire for Low Carbon
