Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Cabinet approves Quarter 1 Performance Monitoring Report

Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Cabinet has on Monday 2 September, agreed its Quarter 1 Performance Monitoring Report.

The report presented performance achieved during Quarter 1 (April to June 2024), which monitored the delivery of the Council Plan Actions and Key Performance Indicators.

The Council Plan was approved in December 2023 and included a summary of actions and performance for the first Quarter 1 of the Year 1. There are 67 actions included in the plan for Year 1 (2024/25). Of these, six were reported in Quarter 1 which have all been achieved, including:

  • The implementation of the new Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)
  • Review and adoption of the Warwickshire Local Council's Charter, alongside Parish and Town Councils and Warwickshire County Council
  • Development of the project plan to deliver community facilities for Upper Lighthorne
  • To produce and implement the Council's Active Communities Strategy 2024-2029.
  • To allocate the Skills section of UK Shared Prosperity Fund to maximise job creation across the District.

There are 23 Key Performance Indicators set to monitor performance in Year 1. 18 of these are related to the Council Plan objectives and 5 are Corporate Health Indicators. 82% of the indicators have achieved their target for this Quarter.
