The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated:   

  • 19/02006/FUL Conversion and modification of existing barn to residential dwelling, removal of polytunnel, utilisation of existing access, associated works at Land off Castle Hill Lane, Upper Brailes for Mr and Mrs M Barnes

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 19/02080/TPO T3 London plane - Fell. Replant 1 no. replacement tree (species, size and location to be agreed with SDC). T5 Deodar cedar - Remove small suspended branch within the canopy at 14 metres north side.  T6 cedar of Lebanon - Check/adjust cable bracing. Reduce lowest south side limb by 2 metres overhanging Alcester Road. T7 Holm oak - Remove medium diameter deadwood. Reduce torn-out branch stub back to an appropriate branch collar. T9 Deodar cedar - Remove suspended branches and medium diameter deadwood. Install non-invasive dynamic cable brace (Cobra) within canopy to BS3998:2010 recommendations. T10 Deodar cedar - Raise low west side canopy to provide a 3 metre clearance from ground level.  T11 Deodar cedar - Remove all suspended branches from within the canopy. Remove dead branch stubs back to main stem. T12 Deodar cedar - Reduce west side canopy away from hotel building elevation to provide a 1 metre clearance at Stratford Victoria Hotel, Arden Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6QQ for Mr Daniel Goodby  
  • 19/02079/TPO T1, T2, T4, T5 and T6 limes - Crown Lift to 2.5 metres above ground level at Land at Edmonds Close, Upper Quinton, CV37 8ST for Mr Peter Wharton

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
