Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated:

Notice is hereby given that the following reserved matters application (19/01636/REM) has been Approved dated 25 October 2019. The associated outline application (15/00976/OUT) granted permission dated 14 December 2017 was accompanied by an Environmental Statement:

  • 19/01636/REM: Reserved matters for Phase 2C pursuant to Outline Permission 15/00976/OUT comprising landscaped public open space, equipped play spaces and associated infrastructure, together with the diversion and closure of existing public rights of way.  Outline application was EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted.

Notice is hereby given that the following reserved matters application (19/01649/REM) has been Approved dated 22 October 2019. The associated outline application (15/00976/OUT) granted permission dated 14 December 2017 was accompanied by an Environmental Statement:

  • 19/01649/REM: Reserved Matters pursuant to Outline Consent 15/00976/OUT relating to Phase 2a for development of 636 dwellings, associated infrastructure including roads, substation, drainage infrastructure, pedestrian/cycle routes and landscaping, together with the diversion and closure of existing public rights of way.  Outline application was EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted.

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
