On Tuesday 22 April 2008 Stratford-on-Avon District Council obtained an interim injunction at Birmingham County Court.
The Interim Order means that the gypsies are not allowed to do any further development on the disputed site. This includes operational development in the form of hardstandings and buildings and also prevents any further caravans or mobile homes from being brought onto the site.
The date for the final hearing is yet to be confirmed.
This will probably be the final update for the time being until the date of the final hearing is confirmed.
