Families in Stratford-on-Avon District are invited to make a splash at free back to school pool party sessions taking place at Shipston Leisure Centre on Thursday, 3 September.

The leisure centre, which is run by Everyone Active in partnership with Stratford-on-Avon District Council, will host the event from 9am-5pm, offering a range of swimming activities for all ages.

The fun-packed swimming sessions mark the end of the school summer holidays, giving youngsters a chance to socialise and burn off energy before heading back to the classroom. 

The pool sessions will run between 9am and 12pm for 60 minutes and between 1pm and 2pm and 4pm and 5pm later in the day.

An inflatable pool session will run on the day from 2.30pm to 3.30pm for £6.50.

Richard Bell, Everyone Active's contract manager, said: "We are excited to invite our local community to our free back to school pool party event, which is set to be great fun and full of fantastic activities in the water for new and existing members of all ages and abilities to keep active.
