The agenda papers have been published for the Joint Cabinet Committee meeting on 28 May, to seek approval for the Regulation 19 Publication stage of the South Warwickshire Local Plan - Agenda for Joint Cabinet Committee on Thursday, 28th May, 2026, 6.00 p.m.

It includes a report on Regulation 19 of the South Warwickshire Local Plan, which is the stage where the proposed plan is considered for submission.

Meeting dates:

• Joint Cabinet meeting: Thursday 28 May
• Warwick District Council meeting: Monday 1 June
• Stratford-on-Avon District Council meeting: Monday 8 June

At these meetings, councillors will review and discuss the report and consider next steps.

Public engagement: Please note that this stage of the process is focused on formal consideration of the report by committees. The District Councils are not currently accepting public comments or enquiries on this matter. Further opportunities for public consultation will be clearly communicated when they become available.
