• John Riley (Green) 144
• Juliet short (Stratford First) 345
• Dominic Skinner (Liberal Democrat) 877 Elected  

The electorate for the Stratford North Division is 7705

The turnout was 27.91%

Turnout for the last contested election of Stratford North Division in May 2017 was 49.34%.  

The by-election follows the sad and unexpected death of Cllr Keith Lloyd (Stratford First) in September.
