NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group, the organisation that plans and pays for many of your local health care services, is having a 'Have Your Say Day' on Wednesday 14 March from 6.30-8.30pm. It will be held in the Lomas Suite at Stratford Hospital, Stratford CV37 6NX.  

You'll be able to see how the feedback you give makes a difference on health services and share your opinions on some of current plans and developments.  

To help plan for catering please register your intention to attend, although anyone is welcome to come along on the day.
