Customer Access Terminals help to improve access to council services for the 80% of Stratford-on-Avon District residents who live outside the town of Stratford-upon-Avon. They are located in Alcester, Bidford-on-Avon, Henley-in-Arden, Shipston-on-Stour, Southam, Studley, Tysoe and Wellesbourne.
These terminals allow customers to talk one-to-one with an adviser at our headquarters in Elizabeth House, Stratford-upon-Avon. Each terminal is equipped with scanners and webcams, allowing users to easily show documents to our advisers and interact face-to-face for a more personal service.
