The first round of the Community Climate Change Fund had a budget of £50,000. The successful grants represent a combined total of £44,137 capital, and were distributed in March 2024. The successful projects are outlined below:

The second round of the Community Climate Change Fund (formally renamed to the Community Climate and Nature Fund) was completed in March 2025. The remaining £55,863* of capital was granted to deliver the following projects:
