On receipt of the CIL Liability notice you have the opportunity to request a Review of the Community Infrastructure Levy Calculated under the CIL Regulations 113.

The request must be made within 28 days of the date of the CIL Liability notice via email to the CIL and S106 Team CILands106@stratford-dc.gov.uk

If you wish to appeal the outcome of the review you can make an appeal within 60 days of the Liability Notice to the Valuations Office Agency (VOA) http://www.voa.gov.uk/cil/index/html

You can make the following appeals via the Valuation Office Agency:

Regulation 114 Chargeable Amount - within 60 days of the Liability Notice Date (Following the outcome of the review done under Regulation 113)

Regulation 115 Apportionment of Liability - within 28 days of the Demand Notice

Regulations 116, 116A or 116b Exemption and Relief - within 28 days the the Relief Decision Notice
