Stratford-on-Avon District Council provides the following services directly or in partnership with other organisations:

An assisted waste collection service is available on request for residents who, due to age, infirmity, disability or a medical condition, are unable to leave their wheeled bins / recycling boxes / sacks in the normal location on the property boundary for collection.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council is committed to alleviating fuel poverty and ensuring that affordable warmth is available to everyone. By working in partnership with other councils and organisations, we are able to contribute to South Warwickshire's affordable warmth strategy.

The council is committed to helping people live independently and in their own homes for as long as possible. To achieve this, an Independent Living Officer is available to provide holistic assessments, identify any areas of vulnerability and help resolve them before they have an adverse effect on your health or well-being.

Warwickshire County Council provides information and services for older people such as reablement, equipment and adaptations, and personal budgets.
