Our Street Cleansing Services

Stratford-on-Avon District Council, in partnership with our contractor Biffa Waste Services Limited, carries out the following routine cleansing work to ensure that local environmental quality is maintained across the district:

• mechanical sweeping (kerbed roads only)
• pavement sweeping in shopping areas
• road and pavement litter picking
• litter bin emptying and cleansing
• removal of fly-tipping from the public highway
• removal of dead animals (road kill) from the public highway
