Stratford-on-Avon District Council, in partnership with our contractor Biffa Municipal Limited, carries out the following routine cleaning work to ensure that environmental standards are maintained across the district:

  • mechanical gutter sweeping five times per year (kerbed roads only)
  • pavement sweeping in shopping areas
  • regular road and pavement litter picking
  • litter bin empting
  • removal of fly tipping from the public highway
  • removal of dead animals (road kill) from the public highway
