Local residents, businesses, town and parish councils, local groups and organisations and key stakeholders were encouraged to take part by completing the online questionnaire.

A representative telephone survey of residents to provide an accurate profile of opinions from the general population across Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick Districts.

The following focus groups took place

  • Four deliberative online focus groups with members of the public (two in each District)
  • Two focus groups with staff across the two Councils (one for managers and one for non-managers)
  • A deliberative onine focus group with town and parish councillors
  • A deliberative online focus group with voluntary and community sector representatives.

The Councils appointed Opinion Research Services (ORS), an independent social research company, to manage the consultation and objectively and to report the outcomes. A copy of the full report can be found on this page.
