Housing Benefit Fraud

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are responsible for the investigation of Housing Benefit fraud.

Stratford on Avon District Council remains responsible for all non-Housing Benefit fraud allegations including Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Tenancy (Sub-letting etc), Grants, Procurement, Internal & External Fraud, Corporate Fraud matters.
