Cancellation of Extraordinary Council Meeting - 8 June 2026

Following the announcement of a by election in Kinwarton Ward on 9 July, and in accordance with the statutory restrictions on the taking of significant decisions during the pre-election period, the Extraordinary Meeting of Council scheduled for Monday 8 June has been cancelled.

The business originally due to be considered at this meeting will now be considered at the next ordinary meeting of Council on 13 July.

Tests are available across the District at a discounted rate of £14 each and include:

• PSA (Prostate Screening) for men over 40
• Diabetes screening for men and women aged 18+
• Cholesterol checks for men and women aged 18+

Garden waste subscriptions are open for the 2026-27 period, ending 31st March 2027.
