Season Tickets
All-day season tickets are available for purchase for all Stratford-on-Avon District Council car parks. Season tickets can be used for up to two registered vehicles for a specific car park. Please see the table below for pricing details. You can purchase a parking permit via our online form which is available below.
Parking Permits Form
The cost for each season ticket is:
- Annual: £550.00
- Quarterly: £150.00
Season tickets are available for the following car parks:
Concessionary State Pension Age Permit
A concessionary parking permit is available for residents of state pension age (66+) to use at Bridgeway Multi-Storey Car Park and Bridgeway Surface Car Park only.
Please note this is not a printed permit, but an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).
The cost is £50.00 per year with a maximum stay of 4 hours a day (in any 24-hour period).
The permit is non-transferrable between vehicles.
Those eligible to purchase the permit can do so online here or by visiting the District Council's offices in Stratford-upon-Avon.
You will need to provide the following documents:
- V5C vehicle registration certificate (log book)
- Driving licence
- Valid insurance document confirming your address and vehicle registration number.
Leisure Centre Members Permit
A parking permit for Leisure Centre members/clubs using Stratford Leisure Centre facilities.
The cost is £35.00 a year and the following conditions apply:
- Permits are limited to one application per member with one vehicle registration number only.
- Permit are only valid for a maximum period of three hours whilst using the facilities at the Leisure Centre.
- If the Leisure Centre Car Park is full, you are entitled to park in Riverside Car Park adjacent to the Leisure Centre.
All applications must be verified by the Leisure Centre and must include membership number/club, the member's details (if applicable) and confirmation of the relevant details above. These applications are currently unavailable to purchase online.

Residents' Overnight Permit
Overnight parking is available for residents in any of our car parks from 16:00 to 08:00 Monday to Sunday.
The cost is £30.00 for three months or £100.00 for 12 months.
A permit will be issued on receipt of payment and is restricted to one vehicle only; the permit will display the vehicle registration number.
Please note: if you wish to pay for a season ticket in person, you can either pay by cheque or debit/credit card. Cash payment can no longer be accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I make a saving by purchasing a season ticket?
As a season ticket holder, you are benefiting from greatly reduced parking in Stratford-upon-Avon. For example, an annual permit used an average of five days per week has a daily cost of £2.12. Considering the cost of parking for up to 24 hours is £22, that's quite a saving!
How long can I park in a designated car park with my permit?
Holders of a valid permit can park in their designated car park for as long as they please.
Can I park in any car park?
You will only be able to park in the car park for which your permit is valid. However, if you do wish to use another car park, you can pay and display (or use the pay on return system at Bridgeway Multi-Storey Car Park and Bridgeway Surface Car Park).
Does this mean that I am only able to park in one car park using my permit?
Yes, you will be asked to choose your car park when you apply. If you do not choose a car park then your application will be delayed. The car park that you have chosen will be printed on your permit and this will be the only car park that you can use with your permit.
Can I have more than one vehicle registration number on my permit?
You can register up to two vehicle registration numbers, which will be printed on your permit. Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that your permit is clearly displayed in the appropriate vehicle while parked.
Can I purchase multiple permits?
For season tickets only, yes! Other permits are issued as a result of a membership to an establishment etc. and only one permit per person is available in these circumstances.
What if I change vehicles or move house?
If the details provided on your application form change, you will need to complete a change of registration form.
