ECO Scheme

A new scheme called ECO: Help to Heat Programme is now available to Stratford residents. If you are below the average income for Warwickshire (approximately £27,000) and meet other criteria, you may be entitled to help with a new boiler (including off-gas), loft insulation and cavity wall insulation.
