Parish Forum

The Parish Forum is held twice a year in January and June. The first meeting took place on 30th January 2025 followed by the second on 26th June. The next Parish Forum is due to take place on 29th January 2026 via MS Teams and the Agenda and joining link will be e-mailed* to Parish & Town Councils & Parish Meetings in our district around a month in advance. You can access the Terms of reference for purpose, membership & agenda details.

*MS Teams meeting links can only be sent to Parish Meetings/Councils for whom we hold up to date e-mail details. Please contact the Parish & Town Council Liaison Officer at sue.greenall@stratford-dc.gov.uk with full details of any amendments to your Parish contact details.

Flooding (sandbags)

If your Parish or Town Council or local community groups are wishing to hold an event in a Park or Public Space, please follow the events booking procedure.

Incidents of fly tipping can be reported using the Fly Tipping Form.

Stratford District Council promote available funding opportunities to Town & Parish Councils & Community groups. If your Council requires help with obtaining funding for a project , further information and advice is available from Warwickshire & Solihull Community & Voluntary Action (WCAVA).
