Electors within the Parliamentary Constituencies of Stratford-on-Avon and Kenilworth and Southam (those wards within the Stratford-on-Avon District Council area), may make a representation. We invite comments from all electors and any person or body with an expertise in access for persons with disabilities, regarding the convenience of voting at polling places currently used for elections and would welcome suggestions for alternative sites.

The District Council's recommendations and comments of its Returning Officer are set out in the Polling Review Schedule (for update of the Polling Review Schedule please see link to the Council Committee below), with associated plans, namely, Southam South Ward Proposal, SDC Ward Map , Stratford-on-Avon Parliamentary Constituency Boundary Map and the LGBCE new boundary interactive map (and the recommendations of the boundary changes which have now been confirmed) which allows you to scroll in and out of the new district council wards.

As for Stratford-on-Avon Parliamentary Constituency, the Polling Review Schedule also identifies those parishes, as part of the completed Parliamentary Boundary Review, which are to transfer from the said constituency to Kenilworth and Southam Parliamentary Constituency on 1 November 2023. Changes are being proposed to some polling places that are affected by this transfer.
