In our last Staff Survey, 77% of our staff rated the Stratford-on-Avon District Council as a Very Good or Good employer.

Our Investors in People assessor, who visited in November 2016, said "People spoke of the organisation as a good place to work, where there is a transparent and open working environment, and where people display a significant pride in the services that it provides."
