Hotel and Guest House Accommodation Services - Framework Agreement
Stratford-on-Avon District Council are making changes to the way we book hotels and guest houses for homeless placements.
These changes to our processes are to ensure that we comply with procurement requirements. The Council is inviting hotels and guest houses to apply for inclusion on a new Framework that will regulate contractual arrangements with the Council through a framework agreement.
It will be necessary for all hotels and guest houses the Council uses for homeless placements in the district to be on the Framework and have signed the Framework Agreement. We appreciate that this is a change to the way we have operated for many years. In order to continue working with us we invite you to apply to go on the Framework.
We have developed some Frequently Asked Questions to provide further information. We also invite you to submit any other questions via procurement@stratford-dc.gov.uk and we will anonymously share responses with all interested parties to ensure fairness and transparency.
